Chef Sal Marino CEC, AACH, a World War II Veteran and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has been satisfying customers with tried and proven recipes for over 60 years. Partnering with his daughter-in-law, Bernadette Marino, and forming her company MARIDAN CORPORATION, Chef Sal's Southern Style Vegetables were created and are available to institutional foodservice operators throughout North America.

Chef Sal's products are fully cooked, specially seasoned, frozen and packaged in a convenient and boilable pouch that allows foodservice enterprises to better manage their operation, improve sales and increase profitability.
